Payment & Refund Policy

Updated payment terms

50% is due at least 14 calendar days before your event to arrange equipment, labour, transport and preparation. For bookings confirmed within 14 days, this payment is due immediately unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The remaining 50% is due on the date specified in your accepted quotation. Alternative payment terms can be discussed and agreed in writing before accepting the quotation or issuing the purchase order.

Cancellation & refunds: once received, the 50% booking payment is non-refundable if you cancel, except where applicable law requires a refund or adjustment. Any refundable equipment security deposit is separate.
