Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made after 48 hours of order confirmation are non-refundable.

Cancellation Window: Customers have a 2-day window to confirm if they wish to cancel the booking.

Booking Policy: Once the order is confirmed and has passed 24 hours, the equipment will be marked as sold out, making it unavailable for other customers. This ensures fairness and proper scheduling, as we cannot reallocate the equipment after it has been reserved.
