AMPD AUDIO EVENTS ORGANIZING

Deposits

  • A refundable deposit of 2000 AED must be provided to the technician at the time of equipment setup. This deposit acts as a security measure to ensure the proper and safe use of our premium audio and lighting equipment.
  • The deposit will be refunded in full upon the successful collection and inspection of the equipment, provided no damages or issues are identified.
  • An additional fee, based on your selection, will be applied at checkout for setup and installation.

Payment Terms

  • Full advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment and booking must be completed at least 2 days prior to the event to guarantee equipment availability. Late payments may result in non-availability of the equipment.
  • For some orders in Dubai, bookings within 24 hours may be accepted based on the location and availability.

Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the agreed start date and time and ends on the specified return date and time.
  • Extensions must be approved in writing by our team before the rental period expires.

Use Limitations

  • The equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose in a safe and lawful manner.
  • Misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper handling of the equipment is strictly prohibited.

Public Liability Insurance

  • Amp'd Audio is not responsible for injuries to third parties (e.g., a guest tripping on a cable or a speaker falling).
  • We are not liable for claims arising from performance issues or technical malfunctions leading to financial losses for the event organizer.

Equipment Care and Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.
  • In case of damage or loss, the customer will bear the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Insurance documentation must be completed and signed by the customer before the setup of ordered items.
  • For system failures caused in-house, the faulty device will be replaced or repaired at no extra delivery cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours of order confirmation are non-refundable.
  • Once the order is confirmed and passes 24 hours, the equipment is marked as sold out, making it unavailable for other customers.

Force Majeure

  • Amp'd Audio is not liable for failure or delays in service caused by events beyond its control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or supplier delays.

Indemnification

  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Amp'd Audio harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

Theft or Loss

  • DJ equipment is a high-risk target for theft, especially at public events. The customer is responsible for the equipment until it is returned to Amp'd Audio.
